This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website and payment systems, including payments processed via Square.

1. General Policy

All consulting services provided by Identified Launches LLC are custom, time-based, and non-tangible. Because of this, refunds are limited once services begin.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Pre-Service Refunds

Clients may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment, only if:

• No consulting work has started
• No discovery calls, strategy sessions, or meetings have occurred
• No deliverables, research, or planning has begun
• The request is made in writing

Once any service activity has begun, the service is considered in progress and becomes subject to Section 3.

3. Services Already Delivered (No Refund Policy After Start)

Once services have started—including but not limited to:

• Meetings or consultations (virtual or in-person)
• Business analysis or strategy work
• Email or advisory support
• Research, planning, or documentation
• Any time spent working on the client’s account

All payments are non-refundable.

Partial refunds are not issued for partially used services, as time and expertise are allocated at the time of booking.

4. Retainers and Project Work

For retainers, packages, or fixed-scope engagements:

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure scheduling and resources
• Clients are billed for all work completed up to cancellation
• Any unused prepaid balance may be refunded at our discretion, minus completed work and administrative costs

5. Appointment Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full
• Rescheduling is allowed with reasonable notice and availability

6. Dispute Resolution Requirement (Important for Square)

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, clients agree to:

2. Allow up to 7 business days for resolution
3. Provide documentation supporting their concern

We make good-faith efforts to resolve all disputes promptly and fairly.

Failure to follow this process may result in delayed resolution or submission of supporting evidence to the payment processor.

7. Evidence of Service Delivery

To process payments and defend against disputes, we maintain records including:

• Appointment confirmations
• Email correspondence
• Meeting logs and calendars
• Deliverables and reports
• Time tracking or session notes (if applicable)

These may be used to verify service completion in the event of a dispute.

8. Digital Products (If Applicable)

All digital downloads, templates, or resources are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

9. Square Payment Processing

Payments processed via Square are subject to Square’s dispute resolution process. By purchasing, you agree that:

• Services rendered are considered delivered once work has begun
• This policy serves as the governing refund agreement between client and business
• We may submit this policy and supporting documentation in any dispute review
